What is Transference?

Transference guides clients through major life changing events such as the death of a loved one or a divorce.

Newly appointed executors and divorcees too often find themselves burdened with enormous administrative responsibilities. Transfer those responsibilities to Transference - we will bring calmness to the chaos and confusion. Our main goal is to alleviate all the administrative stress.

How We Help

Transference's objective is to decrease the administrative strain that overwhelms new executors and recent divorcees.

Our company wants, instead, to take that responsibility head-on themselves. Our service will reduce errors, delays and ultimately shorten the amount of time it takes to get things done. Transference finally gives the executors and divorcees a reliable admin partner they can turn to.

What We Do

When working with clients we first perform an in depth information gathering session.

We want to know who's on the accounts, how many accounts exist, what type of account it is and where the accounts are located. Once our research is completed we'll explain the steps involved in removing either the deceased's and/or former spouse's name off of the statements (also known as the re-registration process).

Words from Our Clients

"As an attorney engaged in probate matters and estates I have had to deal with the maze of forms and internal procedures presented by brokerage houses to liquidate and transfer funds. There is also the excessive time on hold when calling the brokerage house with questions regarding same. Recently, I had a client who was attempting to resolve 401k issues for her account and as executor of her brother's estate without success. I contacted Transference and they were able to fill out the proper paperwork, make the calls, and access funds in short order.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Transference to both future clients and other lawyers in any dealings with the major brokerage houses."
